Product Description
The pigment paste adopts advanced organic pigments, inorganic pigments, environmental protection pigments and fluorescent pigments with brightness four times higher than that of similar pigments. It is equipped with special additives and is grinded and dispersed into water phase ultra-fine dispersion. The pigment content varies by variety, generally about 35-45%, of which the white paint paste and cover printing white paste pigment content is as high as 55-65%. In addition to the paint white paste and the cover printing white paste, other kinds of color pastes have fluidity.
Water pigment color paste: It is a kind of high concentration, multi-function and high dispersion water-based thick paste suspension, which is prepared from a single pigment variety, and is grinded with advanced equipment and excellent grinding aids. The fineness of the pigment is small and uniform, the coloring power is high, and the dispersion effect is strong.

Wide application range. It is applicable to the printing of cotton, linen, viscose, polyester, cotton, polypropylene and various fiber blended fabrics, as well as the printing, lettering and flower spraying on wood, paper, leather and other materials. It can also be used for the color mixing of interior and exterior wall coatings, and also for the coloring of cement, fertilizer, soap, synthetic detergent, cosmetics, color sand, paper and other materials. Water-based pigment concentrated color paste is also widely used for water-based coloring of wood, glass, plastic, rubber, ceramics, metal and other surfaces, and also for coloring of water-based materials such as coating and spraying.
It can be used for pigment printing and pigment dyeing, which can save the post-treatment water washing, soaping and other processes, thus reducing sewage discharge.

1. It should be stirred well before use and compatibility test must be done to avoid various disadvantages in the process of use.
2. The ideal PH value range is between 7-10, with good stability.
3. Purple, magenta and orange colors are easily affected by alkaline, so it is recommended that users carry out the alkaline resistance test for actual application.
4. Water-based environmental protection colour paste does not belong to the dangerous goods, storage and transportation in 0-35ºC conditions, avoid exposure to the sun.
5. The effective storage period under unopened conditions is 18 months, if there is no obvious precipitation and colour intensity changes can continue to use.
