Product Description
R-6835 is a retort-high temperature boiling polyurethane resin for lamination ink, which designed for the production of benzene-free and ketone-free gravure pigment inks. It has excellent cost performance and outstanding properties. R-6835 resin has excellent pigment wetting performance, good adhesion to substrates, high bonding strength, and is particularly suitable for manufacturing high-speed printing inks, owning good compatibility with similar polyurethane, PVB resins, EVA resins, and Aldoketone resin on the market. R-6835 resin has excellent dissolution performance for ester solvents, and it is recommended to appropriately reduce the dosage of alcohol solvents in the ink formula to achieve optimal performance.
