Specification:
CI 17200. sometimes used in face make-up & nail lacquer and prohibited for use in eye make-up. In Japan, it is used in cleansing preparations, hair preparations, treatment preparations, make-up preparations, fragrant preparations, suntan / sunscreen preparations, nail make-up preparations, eyeliner preparations, lip preparations, oral preparations and bath preparations. Recommended usage level in lipstick is 3% maximum. Complies with U.S Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) title 21, parts 70-82, Japan (CSL & JSCI) and European Union Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC.
